1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and 77cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website https://77cb.club and all associated services, games, and features provided therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 77cb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 77cb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. 77cb strictly prohibits access by minors.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 77cb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered user of 77cb, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you notify 77cb of any unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that your contact information, including your email address and phone number, remains current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

You agree to notify 77cb immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. 77cb will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, or permit any third party to use it. Any such transfer is void and may result in account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

77cb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (subject to availability at the time of transaction). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, as specified in the Cashier section of the Platform. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 77cb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified under your account name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77cb requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

77cb reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per rolling period, which may vary based on your VIP tier. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary subject to payment provider availability, security checks, and applicable verification requirements.

If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, withdrawals will typically be returned via the same method up to the deposited amount. Any excess may be withdrawn by alternative verified methods.

4.3 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where amounts are displayed in other currencies, these are for reference only and the PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate will apply to all transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 77cb are subject to specific Terms & Conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 77cb and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus before satisfying the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 77cb reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that constitutes bad faith exploitation of promotional offers.
• VIP loyalty points and tier benefits are governed by the VIP Programme terms, which are available on request or within the account portal after login.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 77cb are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport market, as published within the Platform. General provisions include:

• Bets, once confirmed and accepted by the Platform, are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or sports rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or software error affecting a game or bet, 77cb reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to players. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by game, market, and VIP tier. 77cb reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, impose individual player limits, or restrict access to specific markets at its sole discretion.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by licensed dealers. RNG-based game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators. Neither the Platform nor its employees have any influence over game outcomes.
• Palpable errors in odds or pricing (manifestly incorrect prices) will be voided, and bets placed at such prices will be settled at the correct price or voided at the Platform's discretion.

7. KYC & Verification

77cb operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations consistent with international regulatory standards. As a condition of withdrawal processing and continued platform access, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number).
• Any additional documentation that 77cb reasonably requires to comply with its AML obligations.

Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

KYC documents are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. 77cb may request updated documentation periodically or where account activity triggers enhanced due diligence requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cb Platform and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in table games or tournaments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with any Platform software, games, or security measures.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access the Platform through your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77cb Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written materials, is the exclusive property of 77cb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77cb.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cb's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

77cb expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party service provider issues.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised account access where you have not notified 77cb promptly.
• Any actions taken by you in reliance on information contained on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

77cb is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net position.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account exclusion for players who wish to stop gambling entirely.

Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 77cb will use reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from registering new accounts, though we accept no liability if an excluded player circumvents these measures using false information.

12. Termination & Suspension

77cb reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant account fees may apply as specified in the Platform's fee schedule.
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any legitimate balance in your account (net of any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or Terms breaches will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 77cb support. Pending wagers will be settled according to their normal terms, and your remaining balance processed as above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77cb holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For players accessing the Platform from Pakistan, it is your responsibility to confirm that your use of 77cb is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. 77cb makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction, and expressly disclaims any liability for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

14. Amendments

77cb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
